We’re not
hiring for roles.
We’re hiring for responsibility.

The people who thrive here want more than tasks. They want ownership, challenge, and the chance to shape what comes next. Sound like you?

We’re building a consultancy that works for this century.

That means:
→ Less hierarchy, more trust.
→ Less theatre, more impact.
→ Less control, more context.
We give people real problems to solve, the space to solve them, and the support to grow as they do. You’ll be challenged. You’ll be supported. And you’ll help shape the kind of place we all want to work at.

6 reasons you’re going to love it here

About the work. About our clients. About each other.
4

A bullshit-free zone

We cut through noise and theatre. If something doesn’t make sense, we fix it.
5

You can grow fast

We’ll stretch you — and give you feedback and support so you don’t snap.

It’s fun. No, really.

Not fake-fun. Real, team-built, hard-earned, laugh-out-loud fun.

Your path at KK

Sure, it's a ladder, but progression depends on ownership, capability, and your impact on clients and the team – not time in seat. Here's how our levels are structured:

Life at KK, in their words

Management Consultant

Fatima Gül Celik

I joined Kopenhagen Konsulting in 2022 as a Junior Consultant alongside my studies. When I graduated, continuing as a full-time consultant was a natural choice – not only because the projects we work on are interesting and highly relevant, but also because KK is simply a great place to be.

From the very beginning, I’ve felt that my voice matters. No matter the topic, I’ve always been heard, trusted, and given responsibilities that challenged me to grow and develop. That trust and openness are qualities I deeply value in a workplace. Honesty and collaboration are at the core of how we work at KK. Being a consultant here means we rise by lifting others, and we succeed as a team – not a bunch of egos.

Associate Partner

Mikkel Arvedsen

I have been with Kopenhagen Konsulting since 2021 and joined with the ambition to build a consultancy of tomorrow – where I didn’t just need to work but where I truly wanted to work. My background is in Digital across public and private sectors, and I have an education in business administration and business intelligence from Aarhus uni. BSS. I joined as an engagement manager, and over time I’ve leaned into work that blends implementation of technology, people and processes to enable digital innovation, automation workflows and bring digital services to live.

I’m passionate about putting technology to work in the real world, and I’m excited to be working as an associate partner focused on enterprise technology. I have never liked being boxed in and seek to blend work with passions and friendships, so this feel like the right place to work and progress together with bright colleagues – creating opportunities from uncertainty.

Principal Consultant

Claudia Konradi

Since joining KK in 2021 as a Junior Consultant, I’ve grown into my role as Principal Consultant, driven by a passion for people leadership and real impact. My studies in Project Management (HA Pro.), Strategy and Leadership (Cand. merc. IMM) at Copenhagen Business School shaped me into a versatile generalist who thrives by connecting the dots and unleashing the strengths of others - especially my skilled colleagues whose technical expertise often surpasses mine.

My strength lies in uniting people, making the tough calls that keep momentum alive, and fostering collaboration that unlocks both individual and organizational potential. I believe in clear ownership and visible outcomes; titles are tools, never boxes. At KK, I thrive because we are people meeting people - at 'home' and at client site.

Management Consultant

Benjamin Fritze

I joined KK in 2022 while starting my Master’s in Finance and Strategic Management at CBS. What began as a Junior role quickly grew into ownership: using data and analytics to cut through complexity and give leaders clarity they can act on. I’m tech-savvy by nature and happiest when turning messy inputs into something simple, structured, and usable.

Today I work as a Management Consultant driving data-driven projects in the intersection of business and technology. Outside projects, I’ve built internal tools and dashboards that keep teams aligned, and sometimes even automated tasks I wasn’t supposed to... because why not?

Senior Management Consultant

Alexander Hoffmann Dyrvig

I landed in KK in 2024, bringing experience from IT audit and assurance, IT security consulting, and internal risk roles in the financial sector. I’m especially motivated by the intersection between risk and cyber, and at KK I’m fortunate to be working right at that crossroads. I enjoy turning complex security requirements and legislation into something structured and actionable. My work often spans IT risk management, GRC, ISMS projects, and third-party risk management, as well as broader regulatory implementations, always with an emphasis on building solutions that endure in practice.

What makes KK stand out for me is the balance: the same commitment to personal development as to professional projects. That means I get to deliver high-stakes work while still having the flexibility to handle life outside the office, including keeping up with my dog’s demands for attention.

Engagement Manager

Mari Berntsen

Since graduating from CBS with a cand.merc Strategy, Organiazation and Leadership in 2016, I've spent my entire career in management consulting, working at the intersection of business and technology. However, in 2021, I wanted to make a change to something that felt meaningful beyond delivering great work for clients. My choice fell on KK, and I haven't regretted it a single day since - for several reasons, but here's a few highlights:

I get to work with complex assignments, mainly focused on helping our clients navigate and implement cyber security legislation and standards to become both compliant and more secure. As an engagement manager, I also get to lead assignment teams, build accounts, and ensure that we in KK always put the professional and personal development of our consultants first. And as a KK employee, I get to be part of building a workplace for consultants, by consultants, where work should be fun, people should be trusted and our processes should be frictionless and easy to follow.

Junior Management Consultant

Maria Duvier Kjær

I joined KK in 2024 after five years at another consultancy, coinciding with completing my bachelor’s degree and beginning my master’s programme at CBS. Shortly after starting, I took on a client-facing role supporting the Project Management Office. Today, my work also spans change management and operational optimization across different business domains, which continuously challenges me and creates opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

I value being part of KK because of the trust placed in junior consultants and the investment made in their development from the very beginning. Balancing school and work is always a bit of a cat-and-mouse game, but I thrive in a fast-paced environment where challenge and growth go hand in hand.

Senior Management Consultant

Nicolaj Møldrup Engby

I’ve been with Kopenhagen Konsulting since 2024. I have a BS degree background in product development and computer science, with hands-on experience in cognitive application automation since 2019. I joined KK as a Senior Management Consultant and naturally gravitated toward the space where systems, data, and ways-of-working intersect. My work spans testing strategy, algorithm tuning, and risk-aligned workflows, always aiming to make tomorrow smoother for the team. I’ve built tools that catch the edge cases others miss, from confidence-calibrated test suites to adaptive exception handling. Outside work, I paint and rework old clothes into something unexpected, creativity doesn’t stop at the keyboard.
