A global fintech company wanted to modernise authority signing across the organisation. Employees working with contracts faced delays waiting for corporate legal teams to confirm the correct signatory level, creating bottlenecks and inconsistent decision-making. The goal was an intelligent solution that could determine signing authority based on contract type, value, risk and organisational delegation policies.

We designed and implemented an agentic AI orchestration solution combining authority-signing policies, enterprise workflows and AI-driven decision support into a single process. The solution integrated contract metadata, delegation rules, organisational hierarchies and policy logic to identify the appropriate signing authority for each agreement automatically.

Rather than relying on manual legal guidance, employees could retrieve validated signatory recommendations directly within the contract process. Governance, auditability and approval controls were embedded in the workflow.
